          摘 要: 人力资源管理在钢铁企业中是一项重要工作,对于企业发展能够起到积极的推动作用。在当前新时期,以人为本这一理念,成为了人力资源管理的指导思想,越来越多的企业开始在人力资源管理中推行以人为本,提倡构建人性化的管理体系,给员工创造更大的发展空间。对于钢铁企业而言,也需要顺应时代潮流趋势,加快以人为本人力资源管理模式的构建。本文首先针对人力资源管理以人为本模式的内涵与价值作出分析;其次针对钢铁企业人力资源管理存在的一些常见现象予以阐述;最后提出了构建以人为本人力资源管理模式的具体策略。

          岗位调整,这是钢铁需要关注的重点。从一开始来讲,岗位配置是按照每个人的专业技能来进行的,但是工作一段时间后,有的员工学习了其他的新技能,有的员工则是表现出来了其他方面的工作才华。对此,在人力资源管理中,就需要合理调岗,优化人力资源配置,充分开发人力资源。具体来讲,首先,需要岗位工作能力需求进行判定。不同的岗位,对于员工的能力需求是不同的,基础生产岗位和生产管理岗位,在能力需求上就存在明显的差异,要实现合理调岗,那么就需要先对各个岗位的具体情况清楚掌握。其次,要定期摸排员工的个人能力素养,定期组织考核,对员工各方面的能力进行摸排,了解员工的成长发展。最后,根据员工能力素养,与岗位能力需求,将最适合的员工调整到对应岗位上,使其可以充分发挥出自己的作用。
