                                如何积极适应新时期高校建设目标,合理的人力资源战略管理是重要保障措施。人力资源管理是促进高校事业发展的重要环节。高校人力资源管理工作是围绕教职工的管理,是如何调动教职工的积极性、如何实现“以人为中心”的管理,是当前各高校人力资源管理的着力点。管理心理学是心理学的分支,聚焦于探索人的心理活动、研究人的行为激励问题,使用有效的途径和策略激励个体的心理和行为,进而达到最大限度地提高效率的目的[1]。管理心理学与人力资源管理有着密切的联系。管理心理学可以帮助人力资源管理部门分析、归纳工作中的个体和群体心理现象,总结员工、群体在工作和人力资源管理过程中的心理变化,有效把握员工的心理,使用管理心理学的策略来调动员工的工作积极性。管理心理学能够体现人力资源管理人文化决战棋牌的一面,丰满了人力资源管理的内涵。管理心理学的相关理论、技术可以为高校的人力资源管理工作提供指导。

                                1 、高校人力资源管理现状

                                教师职业倦怠是指教师对工作不能提起兴趣,对教师的相关工作有厌倦情绪,工作效率低,主观感觉身体疲惫的一种现象。研究发现,高校教师容易产生职业倦怠,工作负荷、奖赏合理性、公平性、价值冲突等因素与高校教师的职业倦怠相关,而这些因素均与高校人力资源管理工作中的绩效管理、组织结构、组织沟通有关。高校教师职业倦怠不仅对教师自身的身心、情感、认知、行为等有着较大的负面影响,也会对教育对象产生消极影响,进而影响到整个高等教育的健康发展。教师职业倦怠是高校人力资源管理中不可小觑的问题。
