                  1、 抗阻训练及肌肉形态架构改变的研究分析

                  由形态架构针对骨骼肌经抗阻锻炼之后所产生的改变进行详细分析,能够有效得出肌肉对抗阻锻炼的适应性及直接反应。骨骼肌形态架构包括大体及微观层面,前者借助影像学方式能够得知肌肉形态架构具备无创伤及精确的优势,现今MRI技术能够有效得到骨骼肌的横断面数据及信息,可是此项技术的开展需要耗费较多资源,因此不易推广;而B型超声技术,是借助B超技术观察肌肉厚度情况,能够有效得出肌肉体积情况。中国医学领域鲜少有研究由大体形态的基础上针对肌肉力量锻炼成效进行深入分析。

                  2、 抗阻肌力训练方案的基本构成要素与其研究进展

                  肌肉力量训练的关键就是阻力负荷。动力性渐增阻力训练期间阻力负荷的主要内容就是负重重量。考虑到应该针对负重重量进行个体化评估,因此在编制力量锻炼计划的时候往往会以满足运动员要求的动作、以运动员最多能够重复动作的次数为一个计量单位。当然,运动员最多能够完成重复动作的实际重量其实就是运动员本身力量的最大值,也就是1 RM[2]。分析研究数据可知,在动力性抗阻锻炼期间,负重重量和重复次数之间的关系较为密切,通常1 RM重量若是出现2.5%的减轻,运动员就可以多重复一次。根据实践可知,极量与近极量负重(1~5 RM)的抗阻锻炼可知使得个体肌肉力量得到显着增强,而高负重锻炼(6~12 RM)能够促进个体肌肉力量及体积的提升,但是低负重(>20 RM)的锻炼方式能够使得肌肉耐力得到提升。
